This policy explain a manner in which Justshepo (PTY) LTD will collect, store, use and protect your information when using their website or mobile app.

1. We may disclose your information to third party services certain personal information such as:

- Full names

- Email

- Cellphone

- Information you use to access our service including location, device information

- The information we share with the third party so that we can:

o Personalize the app for you

o Perform behavioral analytics.

o Improve our services

o To send promotional emails about new products, special offers or other information.

2. We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. We have put in place procedures and system to ensure information we collect online is not accessed by unauthorized users.

3. Our website may contain links to other website, however once you leave our website note that we don’t have any control over those website. Therefore, we can held liable or responsible for the protection and any privacy of any information you provide on those website:

- We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have permission or are required by law to do so.

- If you believe that any information we are holding is incorrect or incomplete, please do email us so that we correct it.

4. If you are below the age of 18:

- If you are below the age of 18 years, you must always get permission from your parent or guardian before you use our Platforms or give us your Personal Information. We may check that your parent or guardian has given you such permission, for example by asking you to provide us with your parent’s or guardian’s contact details so we can contact them. We may also check that the contact details you have given us are correct and are the details of a person who is actually your parent or guardian. If we are not able to verify such permission or if a parent or guardian confirms that you do not have their permission, you may not use our Platforms.

5. When you order using the App, you are given the choice of receiving the food by means of courier/delivery, or by means of self-collection by you or your nominee from the relevant restaurant/outlet.

6. You can only order food from one restaurant at a time, in each order that you place.

7. You can only place orders for food from a restaurant provided that it is open for business and active on the App.

8. You acknowledge that the food or products ordered via the App, are placed with relevant restaurants or outlet listed. The sale of food or any product is between the user and relevant outlet nor is the Justshepo or its party responsible for that. We provide the platform to facilitate between listed outlets and registered users in relation of ordering.

9. You agree to notify Justshepo (PTY) LTD immediately upon becoming aware of or reasonably suspecting any unauthorized access to or use of your username and/or password and to take steps to minimize any resultant loss or harm.

10. You agree that you will not in any way use any device, software or other instrument to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the App.

11. Goods:

- Delivery of goods
Justshepo will only deliver goods that are the property of the Customer and/or the Sender and the Customer and/or the Sender warrants that it is authorised to accept and its accepting these conditions not only on behalf of itself, but also as agent for and on behalf of all other persons who are or may become interested in the goods. The Customer and/or the Sender hereby undertake to assure Justshepo against any damages, costs and expenses resulting from any breach of this warrantee.

- Company liability
• Justshepo shall not be liable for any loss or damage to the goods.
• Justshepo shall not be liable whatsoever for any loss or damages howsoever arising in respect of late or non-delivery of any goods.
• Justshepo shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss or damage to any consignment.

- Loss or damage to goods
No responsibility or liability whatsoever shall attach to Justshepo or its employees for any loss or damage to goods. Should anyhow the customer wants to courier damaged goods, they should have a proof consent (written) with the receiver to ensure we are not liable for damaged goods. Justshepo is not responsible for the packaging of the customer’s parcel/s and shall not, under any circumstances be liable for any loss or damage to a parcel/s which was not adequately and appropriately packaged to withstand the ordinary rigors and risk of courier transit and road transportation.

- Dangerous goods
No goods will be couriered or accepted by Justshepo including radioactive materials which are or may become dangerous, inflammable or noxious, or which by their nature are or may become liable to cause injury or damage to any person, goods or property whatsoever. Justshepo shall and will not transport any prohibited goods including without limitation any goods and materials, the carriage of which is prohibited by any laws, rules and/or regulations.

- Collection of goods
If any goods have not been accepted or collected by the recipient and/or its nominee within a reasonable time, the delivery party shall drop them at recipient address and shall not be liable for any loss or/and any damaged occurred after dropping them.
